Dr. Safak Guven is a physician executive with board certification in endocrinology, explicitly focusing on obesity, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes. He has been recognized for outcome-driven clinical programs and system development in hospitals and outpatient clinics. 

Dr. Guven served on the steering committee of a new medical school development and as an associate editor of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). Dr. Guven has provided international consulting services and educational programs in Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe.
