As Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Health Data Services LLC, Mr. Al Braiki played an instrumental part in the establishment and implementation of Malaffi, the Abu Dhabi Health Information Exchange (HIE). Under his leadership, Malaffi became known as one of the fastest rolled-out HIEs globally and the first platform of its kind in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Malaffi, Mr. Al Braiki was the Director of Strategic Projects at Injazat. He was responsible for developing and incubating strategic public-private partnership (PPP) projects with key government clients, in addition to defining business models that satisfied client requirements and building relevant business cases, partnerships, and financial models. During this time, he undertook the role of General Manager of Hassantuk, a PPP between the Ministry of Interior and Injazat.

Previously, Mr. Al Braiki held various roles in Zakum Development Company and was Applications Group Manager at C4 Advanced Solutions (C4AS). Within this role he led software development delivery capabilities for one of the company’s main managed services accounts, in addition to overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of various software development projects. 

Mr. Al Braiki holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and completed a Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Engineering and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University, New York.
